A Message from the Centennial Committee
 The Centennial Committee would like to hear from you!  Add your stories
to the Centennial Booklet, to be distributed to all parishioners later this year.
We would like to include memories you would like to share about St. Henry Parish. It could be your fondest or most significant memory from the past,
or your experience at one of our Centennial Events.
Please feel free to make more than one submission.
Please indicate, each time, whether you would like to be identified with
your memory or remain anonymous. To authorize using your name in connection with the memory,  please sign at the bottom of the form. 
Your thoughts may be submitted online by email sthenryc@peaknet.net,
by clicking on the tab below and completing the form online,
by picking up a form in the back of the church
and/or dropping it in the collection basket, or the Centennial Collection Box 
in the back of the church, any time before July 31, 2025
